Festival Requirements

There are no specific requirements but it is useful if you can provide us with the following:

Title of the Event
Short Description of the Event
Dates of the Event
Event Website
Event Location (Postcode if possible to generate the dynamic map)
Event Tickets Website - so people can click a button from our site to be taken directly to the tickets website where the tickets for this event are sold.
Logo - to be used throughout the site to represent the event.
Event Lineup (preferably a list but any format will do)

We only accept digital content at this point but we can deal with pretty much any format you would like to send us.

We are also keen to send small teams to events in order to review them, take photographs for the website and in some cases we can send a professional film crew and presenter to conduct interviews etc..

We can also help promote your event by running a competition to give tickets away.
